Cutting: sheet metal, tubes and profiles

4 items, including 1 coming soon

HSG laser, Bodor SK2 tube laser (coming soon), PTV and STIGAL cutting machines, SigmaNEST software.

We cut sheet metal on a 12 kW HSG G3015H V2 fibre laser with a 3000 × 1500 mm bed. The laser cuts structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium up to 40 mm, brass up to 16 mm and copper up to 12 mm; structural steel up to 20 mm with a high-quality edge. These are maximum values; we will confirm the thickness and edge quality for your part in the quote. Laser cutting programmes – part nesting on the sheet and cutting paths – are prepared in SigmaNEST. More: sheet metal laser cutting.

We will launch laser cutting of tubes and profiles soon, planned for December 2026, on a Bodor SK2 laser with a 3D head and a 6 kW source. The Bodor SK2 will cut round tubes Ø 8–230 mm as well as square and rectangular profiles with a side of 8–230 mm, up to 6500 mm long and weighing up to 300 kg, while the 3D head will cut bevels up to 45°. We are already accepting drawings and enquiries now. See laser cutting of tubes and profiles.

We also cut metals, plastics and stone (e.g. granite) on a PTV waterjet cutting machine, and perform plasma and oxy-fuel cutting on a STIGAL cutter with a Hypertherm HPR130XD (130 A) plasma source. With plasma, we pierce structural steel up to 32 mm and cut it up to a maximum of 38 mm. See waterjet cutting and plasma cutting.

Bending: sheet metal, tubes and profiles

3 items, including 1 coming soon

Trumpf TruBend 7050 press brake, second press brake coming soon, VLB bending machine, SigmaBEND programmes.

We bend sheet metal on a Trumpf TruBend 7050 press brake: 500 kN pressing force, 1530 mm bending length, 6-axis backgauge. Soon, planned for November 2026, a second press brake – a Trumpf TruBend 3130 with a longer beam for larger parts – will join our fleet. Sheet metal bending programmes are prepared in SigmaBEND. Details: sheet metal bending.

We bend tubes and profiles on an 11-axis VLB EB53CNC-RH CNC electric mandrel tube bender. Its rotating head bends left and right in a single cycle within a range of 6–53 mm (steel tube up to Ø 53 × 2 mm) and a bend radius of up to 255 mm. Whether we can bend your tube depends on the wall thickness, material and bending tools; we verify this when preparing your quote. See tube and profile bending.

DN Solutions and Mazak machining centres, lathes, wire EDM machine, surface grinder. See also EU-funded projects under which we purchased part of our equipment.

We mill, including in 5 axes, on DN Solutions DVF 6500, DNM 500 II and DNM 4500 machining centres as well as on a Mazak CV5-500 centre. We turn using driven tools on three Mazak lathes. More: CNC milling and CNC turning.

We perform wire EDM on a Mitsubishi FA20 machine and grind flat surfaces on an Okamoto surface grinder with an 800 × 400 mm table. Full details: wire EDM and surface grinding. You can find the entire group of services under CNC machining.

Welding shop

6 items, including 1 coming soon

Kemppi welders, Spartus 2 kW laser welder, FANUC robots, CUBE tables, furnace, EN 15085-2.

We perform manual welding using Kemppi welders and robotic welding on two FANUC welding robots. We have three stations with CUBE welding tables of our own design – a separate brand, CUBEWELD, website cubeweld.pl – plus one dedicated station for stainless steel and aluminium. See welding and robotic welding.

We also offer laser welding on a 2 kW Spartus Easy 2000 laser welder with single or double wire feed. The laser weld is up to 1.5–2 mm wide, so we choose laser welding for thin sheet metal, stainless steel enclosures and cabinets, and cosmetic welds that remain visible without grinding. Laser welding is not covered by our welding certificates. See laser welding.

Welded components undergo stress relieving in our annealing furnace with a 1000 × 1200 × 800 mm chamber. Smoltech spot welders will be added soon. See stress-relief annealing and spot welding.

We also weld for the rail industry: we hold the EN 15085-2 certificate (CL 2, activity P: manufacture of new assemblies and parts for rail vehicles), and we expand our scope with new WPS (welding procedure specification) and WPQR per order. See welding for the rail industry to EN 15085-2.

Quality control

2 items

Scantech 3D scanner, granite surface plate, Mitutoyo height gauge.

We measure dimensions and compare them against the CAD model using a Scantech NimbleTrack-C Gen2 3D scanner: scanner accuracy up to 0.020 mm, and at a tracker range of 3.5 m, volumetric accuracy of 0.060 mm and measurement speed up to 6,630,000 measurements/s. This is the accuracy of the measuring instrument, not the tolerance of the manufactured part; tolerances are confirmed at the quote stage.

The same scanner is used for reverse engineering. We also check dimensions on a granite surface plate and with a Mitutoyo height gauge. More: reverse engineering and 3D scanning and 3D quality inspection.

  • Handheld Scantech 3D scanner with circular targets on its arms, resting on wooden boards on a shop floor table.

How to order: send a drawing, we will select the machine

Regardless of which machine we use to make your part, we prepare a quote based on a 3D model or drawing; we do not have a fixed price list. State the required service in your enquiry, or simply send the file: we will select the appropriate machine and manufacturing process ourselves. Regardless of the machine, we produce everything from one-off parts to batch runs.

Don’t have a drawing or model? We can scan the part with our 3D scanner at our plant or at your site, and our design office will build the model. More: reverse engineering and 3D scanning.

The order price depends on:

  • material and dimensions or material thickness
  • selected machine and process
  • quantity
  • additional operations (bending, welding, quality control)
  • lead time
