This is how a machine order progresses. Design, parts manufacturing and welding are carried out at our plant at ul. Elektronowa 6. Painting and galvanising are outsourced to specialist partners. Requirements and measurements
At your site or oursYou tell us what the machine needs to do, what product it handles, its required dimensions and where it will be installed. We also operate our 3D scanner at the client’s premises, so measurements can be taken on site.

Automation
We supply the machine complete with automation: control cabinet, PLC, HMI panel, and a robot if required by the application.
Installation and commissioning
At the client’s siteWe install and commission the machine at the client’s site. We also train the operators.

When needed, we verify the structure using FEA (finite element analysis). This is carried out by our design office.

Our design office and production are under one roof, so design changes do not require forwarding drawings to another contractor.

We build machines at our plant at ul. Elektronowa 6 in Lodz. On-site parking and vehicle access are available. You can visit us without an appointment Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00.

Questions about machine building
Do you design and build custom machines?
Yes. Our design office handles the design, and we manufacture the parts at our plant in Lodz: cutting, bending, CNC machining and welding. We deliver the machine with automation, assemble it and commission it at the customer’s site. Our label applicator operates at the TCL plant in Zyrardow. We accept orders from a single unit.
I only have an idea for a machine, with no design. Where should I start?
Describe what the machine should do, what product or material it handles, its required dimensions and where it will be installed. Attach photos of the site and a sketch, even a hand-drawn one. Based on this, we will prepare a quote for the design and machine building.
Will you build a machine based on our documentation?
Yes. We quote based on a drawing or 3D model. We accept PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP and IGES files, images (JPG, PNG, TIFF), and ZIP and 7Z archives.
Will you measure the site where the machine will be installed?
We perform 3D scanning at our plant and on site at the customer’s premises. If the machine needs to fit into an existing space, mention this in your enquiry and we will agree on the measurement method. More about 3D scanning.
Do you supply the machine complete with automation?
Yes. We supply the machine with automation: control cabinet, PLC controller, HMI operator panel and a robot, if the machine requires one. In your enquiry, describe what the machine should do and what control system you expect.
Do you install and commission the machine on site and train the operators?
Yes. We install and commission the finished machine at the customer’s site and train the operators. Describe the installation site in your enquiry and attach photos of it.
Do ECAD machines come with documentation and CE marking?
Our label applicator operating at the TCL plant in Zyrardow has an EC declaration of conformity, CE marking and an instruction manual according to PN-EN ISO 20607. You can find a description of the documentation and operation of this station on the pallet label applicator page.
How much does machine building cost?
We do not have a price list. The price depends on the machine’s functions and dimensions, materials, quantity and lead time. Send your description or drawing for a quote, and we will prepare a quote based on your description, drawing or 3D model.
Do you paint and galvanise machines?
We outsource painting, galvanising and other coatings to specialist partner companies. Please state in your enquiry what coating the machine requires.
Do you provide maintenance services and servicing?
Maintenance services are part of our offer. For companies with a signed service agreement, we also provide support outside our plant’s working hours. Our plant operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00.
