Sheet metal and tubes: cutting and bending
We deburr and bend laser-cut parts within the same order.
Sheet metal laser cutting
12 kW HSG G3015H V2 fibre laser, 3000 × 1500 mm sheets.
Laser cutting of tubes and profiles coming soon
Bodor SK2 laser with 3D head, 6 kW, tubes up to 6500 mm. Launch planned for December 2026; we are already accepting enquiries.
Waterjet cutting
PTV waterjet cutting machine: metals, plastics and stone.
Plasma cutting
STIGAL plasma and oxy-fuel cutting machine with a Hypertherm HPR130XD plasma source.
Sheet metal bending
Trumpf TruBend 7050 press brake, and a second Trumpf press brake planned for November 2026.
Tube and profile bending
VLB EB53CNC-RH CNC mandrel tube bender.
CNC machining: milling, turning, EDM and grinding
We machine structural steel, stainless steels, aluminium, copper, brass, bronze and plastics. Full details are on our CNC machining in Lodz page.
CNC milling
DN Solutions and Mazak machining centres, including 5-axis machining.
CNC turning
Mazak lathes with live tooling.
Wire EDM
Mitsubishi FA20 wire EDM machine; we also use it to cut dies and punches.
Surface grinding
Okamoto surface grinder with an 800 × 400 mm table.
Welding and steel structures
We expand our certification scope with new WPS and WPQR per order. Details: welding in Lodz.
Railway welding to EN 15085-2
EN 15085-2 certificate, certification level CL 2, activity type P: manufacturing of railway vehicle assemblies and parts.
Robotic welding
Two FANUC welding robots.
Stainless steel and aluminium welding
Dedicated workstation for stainless steel and aluminium.
Laser welding
Max. weld penetration 1.5–2 mm, with single or double wire feed; stainless steel enclosures and cabinets, thin sheet metal. Outside the scope of welding certificates.
Welded structures
Manual and robotic welding of steel structures; three workstations with CUBE welding tables.
Steel stairs and platforms
Design in our design office, fabrication in our plant, installation at the client’s site. Mostly maintenance platforms for machinery.
Stress-relief annealing
Furnace with chamber dimensions of 1000 × 1200 × 800 mm.
Spot welding
Coming soon. Smoltech spot welders.
Engineering and design
From a 3D model, a scan of a worn part or a machine design to the measurement of finished parts.
Design office
Documentation and models in Siemens NX and Solid Edge. We also design steel structures, such as stairs and platforms.
Reverse engineering and 3D scanning
Scantech NimbleTrack-C Gen2 scanner. We scan in-house and on site, build the 3D model and manufacture the new part.
3D quality inspection
3D scanner, granite surface plate and Mitutoyo height gauge.
Custom machine building
Design in our design office, parts manufactured in-house. Examples:

Questions about metalworking services
What metalworking services do you provide?
Cutting, bending, CNC machining and welding (manual, robotic and laser), including railway welding to EN 15085-2. We also provide reverse engineering, 3D scanning inspection and custom machine building.
Do you accept single-piece orders?
Yes. We produce both one-off parts and production runs.
Can you manufacture a complete part, from cutting to welding?
Yes, from cutting through to dimensional inspection, in a single plant at ul. Elektronowa 6 in Lodz. See full-service production.
Do you design and manufacture stairs and platforms?
Yes: we design, manufacture and install on site, mostly maintenance and access platforms for machinery. See steel stairs and platforms.
Do you paint and galvanise parts?
We outsource these, along with other coatings, to specialist partner companies, including within full-service production.

Rail industry
EN 15085-2 Certificate, level CL 2, activity P
New assemblies and parts for rail vehicles according to EN 15085-2. The certificate was issued by TÜV Rheinland Polska; we expand our processes, materials and thicknesses for specific orders with new WPS and WPQR.
