We accept PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, JPG, PNG, TIFF, ZIP and 7Z. Only have a part? See reverse engineering, 3D scanning (PL).

We can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request; please mention this in your message. Details are in our privacy policy.

  • Bring the part to our workshop

    Bring the part during our working hours for a quotation or reverse engineering; no appointment is needed. Parking and an entrance are available on site.

  • We can also scan on site

    We use the portable Scantech NimbleTrack 3D scanner at your workshop or another agreed location. We can create a CAD model and manufacture the new part at Elektronowa 6. We agree the timing and conditions for an on-site scan when preparing the quotation.

  • Machine Park

Questions about contact with ECAD

What are ECAD’s opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00, and closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

What is the difference between the workshop address and the registered address?

Ul. Elektronowa 6 in Łódź is the production facility and customer service and correspondence address; you can bring a part there. Ul. 3 Maja 64/66 is the registered address listed in the National Court Register (KRS).

How do I send a drawing or 3D model for a quotation?

Using the form, Send Drawing for Quotation: up to 10 files, up to 100 MB. We list the formats in the section “How to send a quotation request”. You can also email biuro@ecad.com.pl or call us.

Can I bring a part to the workshop?

Yes. You can bring it to ul. Elektronowa 6 during our opening hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00); no appointment is needed.

Do you scan parts at the customer’s site or only at the workshop?

We scan at your workshop and at the site; we agree the timing and conditions when preparing the quotation. See reverse engineering, 3D scanning (PL).

Will you keep the drawings I send confidential?

We use drawings and models to prepare a quotation and fulfil an order. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request; please mention this in your message. Details are in our privacy policy.
