HSG 12 kW fibre laser cutting a sheet of metal in the ECAD workshop in Łódź

Metalworking in Łódź — From the drawing to the finished part

Cutting, bending, CNC machining and welding in one facility. Single parts and production runs — from your documentation or an existing part to reproduce.

Metalworking services in Łódź

Metalworking services for businesses in Łódź and across Poland. We cut, bend, machine and weld steel, stainless steel and aluminium — so you can place one order instead of finding several subcontractors.

Also waterjet cutting (PL) — waterjet cutting of metals, plastics and stone — and plasma cutting (PL). We also welcome enquiries for laser cutting of tubes and profiles (PL), with installation planned for early 2027.

A batch of parts made from sheet metal — laser cutting

  • HSG G3015H V2 laser, 12 kW
  • Sheet size up to 3000 × 1500 mm
  • TRUMPF TruBend 7050 press brake

You have a DXF or PDF drawing and need a production run. We cut with a 12 kW laser, bend the parts on a press brake and hand over the finished parts.

How a part is made

Work in progress and finished parts from our projects. We select the stages for each order.

An actual HSG head above a flat sheet; a bright cutting point is visible at the nozzle, with a gantry and bellows guards in the background.

Laser Cutting

An operator's hands positioning a small part between the punch and die of a press; close-up of the tooling, no face visible.

Sheet metal bending

An operator positions a part in the press tooling.

A welder wearing a helmet and checked shirt guides a white handheld head along a vertical sheet on a perforated table; sparks are visible.

Welding

A welder working on a sheet metal assembly.

Gloved hands hold an angle grinder against the edge of a bent part; the disc and stream of sparks fill the foreground.

Edge finishing

Hand grinding a sheet metal part.

Several actual sheet metal assemblies arranged one behind another, with angled wide flanges, holes in the side walls and visible surface texture.

Sheet metal assemblies

Actual assemblies made from bent sheet metal.

Our workshop in figures

At Elektronowa 6 in Łódź, a sheet passes through the laser, press brake, milling machine and welding shop before leaving the workshop as a finished assembly. We have been operating since 2008 ; our team has 25 people and we work for industry and rail.
