Below is the information you need before you send your drawing for a quote: materials and thicknesses, sheet size, post-cutting operations and what to include in your enquiry.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"materialy\">12 kW fibre laser: what we cut on it<\/h2>\n<p>The 12 kW power output also makes it possible to cut thick sheet metal. The table shows the maximum thicknesses for each material. We confirm the thickness and edge quality for a specific order when preparing the quote.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>We also cut structural steel above 20 mm, discussing the edge quality at the quoting stage because it depends on the material and drawing requirements. The same machine handles single parts and batch runs, so you can send either a single part or a complete set of parts for an assembly for a quote.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"arkusz\">3000 \u00d7 1500 mm sheet and cutting programme<\/h2>\n<p>The laser bed accommodates 3000 \u00d7 1500 mm sheets. ECAD shop floor.<\/figcaption>\n<\/figure>\n<h2 id=\"po-cieciu\">Deburring and bending in a single order<\/h2>\n<p>After cutting, we deburr the parts to remove sharp burrs from the edges. If the drawing requires bending, <a href=\"https:\/\/ecad.com.pl\/en\/sheet-metal-bending\/\">we bend them on a press brake<\/a>\u2014our Trumpf TruBend 7050 (bending length up to 1530 mm). If the parts are to form an assembly, we weld them in our welding shop.<\/p>\n<p>We perform cutting, deburring, bending and welding at a single plant, so you do not need to transport semi-finished products between different companies.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"inna-metoda\">When to choose plasma or waterjet instead of laser<\/h2>\n<p>Not every part starts on the laser. Thicker structural steel\u2014where a laser-quality edge is not required because the part will be welded or machined anyway\u2014can be cut with <a href=\"https:\/\/ecad.com.pl\/en\/plasma-cutting\/\">plasma<\/a>. Plastics, stone and parts that must not be exposed to heat at the cut edge are cut with <a href=\"https:\/\/ecad.com.pl\/en\/waterjet-cutting\/\">waterjet<\/a>. At the quoting stage, we match the cutting method to the material, thickness and downstream operations.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"zapytanie\">What to include in a cutting enquiry<\/h2>\n<p>We accept orders starting from a single piece. We do not publish fixed prices in advance: we quote based on a drawing or 3D model, and the price depends on the material, thickness, cutting length, quantity, deburring, bending and lead time. The pricing rules are explained on the <a href=\"https:\/\/ecad.com.pl\/en\/cutting-and-bending-pricing\/\">cutting and bending price list<\/a> page. Along with your drawing, please specify:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"e-lista\">\n<li>material grade and sheet metal thickness,<\/li>\n<li>quantity,<\/li>\n<li>whether the parts require deburring, bending or welding,<\/li>\n<li>required delivery date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will reply with a quote or ask for any missing details. Elektronowa 6 in Lodz is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00.
